Payments can be made via EMT (e-transfers). We also accept all major credit cards, however, please note there will be additional charges (4% service fee) to the total invoice.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATION

We do not offer refunds, however we do understand that events might be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen situations. If this is the case, we will credit your paid amount towards a future order up to 3 months after original event date.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We provide collections from our home-based location near Mohawk College (Garth & Mohawk Rd). For installations, we cover all of Hamilton & Surrounding areas, Stoney Creek, Binbrook, Dundas, Ancaster, Oakville, and GTA.

BALLOONS SAFETY

Never allow children to suck, chew or play with un-inflated balloons.
Supervise your children at all times if they are playing with balloons.
Discard all broken pieces of balloons immediately.
Balloons can spread germs. Never put a balloon in your mouth after it has been in someone else’s mouth.
Try to keep balloons away from faces. If a balloon bursts it can hurt an eye or face.
When inflating balloons with air, it is better to use a hand-pump than blow them up orally as they may burst in your face.
Balloons are extremely sensitive and fragile by nature, we strongly recommend the following:
- Keep the balloons indoors and away from direct sunlight
- Keep the balloons away from static and sharp objects
- Never leave the balloons in their plastic transport bags for more then 1 hour
- Never play with the balloons as they can easily pop or become damaged
- Never leave children or pets unattended with the balloons as they pose a dangerous choking hazard
- Never release helium balloons into the air as this has caused many fires and power outages
- Properly pop and dispose of the balloons.
  - Latex balloons and weights can be placed into a green compost bin/leaf bag. Mylar balloons and all ribbons/streamers can be placed into a garbage bin.

OUTDOOR EVENTS | WEATHER

We use the highest quality products and make every possible effort to ensure that your decor will meet or exceed your expectations. However, due to the nature of balloons, we cannot guarantee that your balloons will remain perfect and intact when used outdoors.
Some balloons will occasionally deflate sooner than expected and will also be adversely affected by wind, rain, rough handling, extreme heat and other uncontrollable factors.
We cannot guarantee perfect results with balloon decor outdoors. However, we further state that we will do everything in our power to make sure the decor will hold up by using the BEST quality of balloons.
Cooler temperatures causes helium filled balloons to shrink, which can make them appear deflated. This is only temporary and will expand again to its original size once the balloons are at room temperature. Please keep this in mind when transporting helium balloons with vinyl decals.
Hotter temperatures causes helium filled balloons to expand, which can pop the balloons. We use 100% natural bio-degradable latex balloons which will oxidize quickly in sunlight, heat and humidity. This will give the balloons a matte finish. Please keep this in mind for any outdoor installations.

ARE YOUR INSTALLATIONS WEATHER-PROOF?

Drizzle-proof - yes.
Torrential rain and wind-proof - no.

Essentially, if the weather makes you want to go undercover, our pieces would need to do the same. We will not leave any props outside if there is any rain or over 30% chances of rain.

AVERAGE FLOAT TIME

All of our balloons are of the highest quality from the leading manufacturers in the world. We treat all of our latex balloons with Hi-Float and fill them with pure helium to ensure they last the longest.

11" Latex Balloons will float for 12-18 hours
24" Bubble Balloons will float for 1-2 days
36" Latex Balloons will float for 2-4 days
36" Gender Reveal Balloons will float for 8-10 hours
Mylar & Orbz Balloons will float for 2-4 days

WARRANTY

We guarantee our balloons will float/last for a minimum of 12 hours if all of the balloon safety tips are met. We recommend having the balloons delivered or collected on the day of your event to ensure they will be in their best condition for the duration of your event. We pre-fill all Bubble, Mylar and Orbz Balloons 8 hours in advance to ensure they are not faulty.

Once the balloons have left our door during collection or we have left delivery/setup the balloons are out of our control and are no longer our responsibility. We will not replace any balloons that have popped or become damaged for free, nor will a credit/refund be given.
